Partnering with Kier, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to connect customer-focused professionals with a permanent Stakeholder Officer role for the nationally significant A66 Northern Trans-Pennine project based in Penrith. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enquiries, ensuring community needs are at the heart of every decision while enhancing the reputation and success of the scheme.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key customers, local communities, National Highways, and project stakeholders.
Communications Coordination: Coordinate proactive and reactive customer and community communications across multiple channels to keep everyone informed.
Enquiry Management: Serve as the main go-to person for the local community, investigating enquiries and maintaining an accurate audit trail of all engagement.
Community Engagement: Deliver presentations to stakeholders and community groups, collaborating continuously to improve the overall customer experience.
Customer-Facing Experience: Previous background in customer service, stakeholder engagement, community liaison, or public-facing roles.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and dedication to service excellence.
Organizational Ability: Highly organized and process-driven, with strong record-keeping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing multiple priorities and responding effectively to changing situations.
