Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for driving clinical excellence across multiple locations? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a dedicated Regional Clinical Development Nurse to lead, support, and continuously improve clinical governance and care quality across nine designated care homes.
In this regional role, you will analyze clinical data, mentor teams, and implement strategic actions to ensure top-tier care standards and strict regulatory compliance.
Salary: £54,000 per annum
Hours: 40.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time role)
Shifts: Days (Regular regional travel is essential)

Lead and improve clinical governance and care quality across 9 care homes in Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire, Northampton, Gosmore, Melbourn, and St Peter in Jersey.
Review monthly clinical governance databases and KPIs for each home to identify trends and implement practical improvement strategies.
Partner closely with Regional Directors, improvement specialists, and senior home staff to resolve clinical issues.
Organize targeted clinical training, assist in recruiting senior clinical staff, and lead thorough clinical investigations.
Travel regularly across designated regional sites to provide hands-on mentorship and support.
Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC Registration and evidence of ongoing professional development.
Previous working experience within a care home environment.
A confident clinical mentor, adept at supporting and guiding newly-qualified nurses.
Strong understanding of current regulatory frameworks and standards.
Sharp analytical mindset coupled with outstanding communication, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
