In this vital leadership position, you will ensure the store is a fantastic place both to work and to shop. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will champion a customer-first culture, drive commercial performance, and lead your team to deliver excellence on the high street.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Performance & Innovation: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to maximize store profitability while fostering a culture that welcomes new ideas and challenges current ways of working.

• Customer & Colleague Centricity: Listen actively to feedback from both shoppers and staff to ensure every decision places their experience at the core.

• Talent & Culture Cultivation: Build a high-performance environment through supportive leadership, effective coaching, talent development, and robust succession planning.

• Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with Head Office teams to guarantee top-tier product availability and position the store as the ultimate one-stop shopping destination.

• Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships locally, championing your store as an active and trusted pillar of the community.

• Experience: Proven track record managing a store within a fast-paced food retail environment.
