Salary: Annual base salary of £25,564.50
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, working 12.5-hour shifts, 3-4 days a week including weekends. Sponsorship is not available).

What You Will Be Doing
Work as part of an inclusive, supportive team providing specialized care to people with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries.
Take part in ward rounds, analyze behaviors, adapt care plans collaboratively with colleagues, and maintain accurate patient records.
Provide overall care and support, including assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment that utilizes a neurobehavioral approach to maximize resident autonomy and independence.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care environment.
A naturally caring, compassionate, and resilient disposition with high levels of vigilance.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Avonfield Neurological Centre in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (NN29 7EY) is a 19-bed specialized neurological centre set within tranquil grounds in Knuston. The service offers assessment, treatment, and active rehabilitation programmes for individuals with complex neurological conditions, physical health needs, and neurobehavioral challenges, working closely with residents' families to ensure successful long-term outcomes.
