Pay Rate: £14.47 per hour (plus enhanced weekend rates)
Contract Type: Bank (0 hours / flexible shifts)

About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with this esteemed not-for-profit provider to welcome a compassionate care assistant to Edwardstow Court, a 48-bed care home nestled in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold.
Offering individualised residential, dementia, respite, and day care, the home is built around a warm, comfortable community. Whether you are experienced in care or just starting out, you will help residents live meaningful, happy lives by supporting daily routines, providing personal care, and sharing laughter and companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build genuine, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements: Open to female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
Experience: Welcoming both experienced carers and those completely new to the sector who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
