Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.

• Manage laundry operations to ensure residents' clothing and linens are cleaned and cared for to the highest standard.

• Build warm, positive relationships with residents, families, and staff while respecting residents' individual needs and privacy.
