What Is Required From You?

• Right to Work: A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is currently unavailable)

• Availability: Night shift pattern from 20:00 to 8:00, working 12 hours per week, including every other weekend

A Day in the Life of a Night Care Assistant

• Companionship: Providing emotional support, a comforting presence, communication, and engagement during night hours.

• Personal Care: Supporting residents with washing, bathing, showering, dressing, and oral care while maintaining dignity.

• Medication Support: Prompting, assisting, or administering medications and creams.

• Meals & Refreshments: Supporting clients with healthy meals, snacks, and beverages.

• Domestic Tasks: Completing light cleaning tasks to keep the environment safe and tidy.

• Mobility: Supporting clients to live as independently as possible with their mobility needs.

• Social Activities: Participating in activities, social engagements, and events within the home.
