Salary: £45,643.73 per annum + £4,000 per annum shift premium (Total: £49,643 per annum inclusive)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (Days only: 06:00 – 18:00)

Key Responsibilities
Breakdown & Maintenance: Perform rapid reactive breakdown repairs and carry out scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on factory machinery.
Reliability & Improvements: Focus on stamping out recurring faults, enhancing equipment performance, and identifying solutions for future plant efficiency.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance records are kept accurate, up-to-date, and fully "audit ready" at all times.

What We Are Looking For
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with an electrical bias and sound mechanical knowledge. An engineering apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Industry Background: Previous experience within a food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
Skills & Attitude: Strong diagnostic abilities, attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work well within a dedicated team.
