Hours: 33.00 hours per week (Permanent)

About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will cater to the individual needs of residents, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support during the day.
Supervise & Inspire: Lead and motivate a team of dedicated Care Assistants in collaboration with the Deputy General Manager.
Support Clinical Teams: Assist with specialized areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, or care reviews.
Promote a Vibrant Culture: Help create a warm, welcoming environment while always respecting the dignity, independence, and preferences of every resident.
About You
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific background knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and deeply committed to individualized care and support.
