About the Role

Support the development and enhancement of innovative Planning Analytics solutions to transform complex business data into actionable insights! As a staffing partner, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for this vital Planning Analytics Developer position on behalf of BAE Systems.

Operating within the project management and IT team supporting the Air Sector's digital transformation, you will contribute to building and maintaining models, dashboards, and reports using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), PAW, PAfE, and Cognos Analytics within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Model & Dashboard Support: Assist in developing and maintaining Planning Analytics models, reports, and dashboards using TM1, PAW, and PAfE.

• Requirements Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Data Integration: Assist with data integration, validation, and evaluation using SQL and other key data sources.

• Agile Delivery & Maintenance: Support testing, deployment, and ongoing solution maintenance within Agile delivery and change control processes, while helping resolve operational incidents.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Experience: Experience working with Planning Analytics (TM1), supporting the development of models, reports, and data solutions.

• Data Skills: Practical experience using SQL or similar tools to extract, interpret, and validate data accurately.

• Collaborative Mindset: Ability to understand business requirements, contribute to technical specifications, and work effectively within a development team.

• Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile environments, testing practices, version control, and structured technical documentation.
