About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with The Saxon Clinic and Manor Hospital—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a dynamic Marketing Officer for their Sales and Marketing department.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week across both sites. In this key role, you will support multi-channel marketing campaigns, drive local patient and referrer events, re-establish strong consultant relations, and enhance the profile of the hospitals within the Milton Keynes and Bedford communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Campaign Support: Implement and measure national and hospital-level marketing tactics across digital platforms, social media, print, and offline channels.

• Events Management: Create annual open event schedules aligned with hospital growth plans, taking the lead on organizing and attending events.

• Consultant & Partner Relations: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop consultant-specific materials and partner with the Primary Care Liaison Manager to support GP seminars, study days, and networking events.

• Brand & Studio Coordination: Partner with Circle Health Group's design studio to draft effective creative briefs, comply with media production and branding policies, and manage promotional stock.

• PR & Communications: Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager with local PR initiatives to boost the visibility of hospital services and medical consultants.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Practical tactical marketing experience gained within a multi-stakeholder environment, including digital marketing and working with third-party agencies.

• Core Competencies: Strong project management capabilities, robust analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of the marketing communications mix.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent influencing abilities and stakeholder management skills, paired with a collaborative teamworking approach.

• Licensing: A valid driving license is essential for this multi-site role.
