Role Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and energetic Registered Nurse to join our day team. In this pivotal clinical role, you will take responsibility for resident wellbeing, manage unit operations alongside clinical duties, oversee care plans, and provide vital clinical guidance to help maintain our exemplary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents through individualised care plans and comprehensive assessments.
Manage unit operations, including overseeing care, administering and ordering medication, and ensuring high clinical standards that support CQC compliance.
Coach, guide, and mentor colleagues across the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes to foster best practices.
Build deep, trusted connections with residents and their families, delivering care with kindness, warmth, and respect.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A valid NMC pin with a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
Previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical level, with confidence in providing clinical guidance to care teams.
Effective communication and reporting skills to seamlessly handover clinical issues to multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
