About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Branston to recruit a dedicated and capable Hygiene Team Leader (Night Shift) for their facility in Lincoln.
In this hands-on night-shift leadership role, you will take charge of an operative-level team, holding accountability for health and safety, operational quality, efficiency, and delivery standards. You will drive operational excellence, support team development, and maintain rigorous hygiene and environmental standards across the site.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Team Supervision: Lead, motivate, and supervise an operative-level team, promoting strong leadership, clear communication, and high organizational standards.
Staffing & Training: Monitor daily staffing levels, address resource requirements, and ensure all team members are fully trained to execute duties safely.
Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure all hygiene systems, paperwork, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Environmental Standards: Oversee and support environmental and allergen swabbing regimes alongside effective cleaning practices.
Rota & Holiday Management: Manage staff rotas and holiday planning efficiently utilizing TMS systems.
Performance Review: Regularly review, analyze, and communicate team performance metrics.
Management Cover: Step up to cover the Hygiene Manager role during holiday periods as required.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience working within an FMCG hygiene environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and liaise across departments effectively.
Competencies: Reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of maintaining a professional, positive attitude on the night shift.
