In this role, you will play a vital part in providing compassionate, high-quality care to residents during night shifts. You will work within a supportive team dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for all individuals in care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care routines during the night, ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect at all times.

• Support individual care plans and monitor resident wellbeing throughout the shift.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while building positive relationships with residents.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a reliable and compassionate approach to caregiving.

• Flexibility to work full-time night shifts as part of a rota.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Aylesbury, UK.
