We are currently recruiting on behalf of London Medical (part of Bupa)—a specialist outpatient centre offering expert consultant-led care across multiple specialties including Cardiology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, and more.
Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and professional Nursing Associate to join our specialist team. In this onsite role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional outpatient and diagnostic care, supporting consultant-led clinics, and providing compassionate, patient-centred support across a broad range of specialist services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred care to patients attending the centre.
Support consultant-led outpatient clinics, diagnostic services, and treatment pathways across multiple specialties.
Undertake clinical observations, venepuncture, cannulation, specimen collection, and medication administration.
Assist with patient preparation, treatment, recovery, and respond to emergency situations.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with NMC standards and act as a strong patient advocate.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Valid Nursing Associate registration with the NMC.
Proven experience working as a Nursing Associate with demonstrated competency in venepuncture and cannulation.
Experience with clinical risk assessments and a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams).
Desirable: Outpatient or gynaecology experience, ECG competency, immunisation training, or ILS certification.
