Salary: £13.30 per hour

About the Role
As a Care Assistant at the award-winning, CQC "Outstanding" Eglantine Villa, you will be at the heart of our mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Set in three-and-a-half acres of beautiful gardens, our home provides expert nursing, residential dementia, respite, palliative, and Parkinson's care. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support that promotes independence, honours choice, and ensures every resident lives a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage resident well-being, accurately documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plans.
Deliver essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date care plans in line with regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
Requirements: Access to your own transport due to the rural location of the home.
Desirable: Prior experience in a care home environment or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
