About the Role
As a Permanent Home Manager at West Oak Care Home, you will be the leading face in delivering exceptional, person-centred care for elderly and vulnerable residents. Empowered with autonomy backed by a robust support infrastructure, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, developing, and motivating a dedicated team to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement.
Managing the home with strong business, marketing, and occupancy acumen to ensure commercial success.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
Building strong, positive links within the local community.
Delivering the highest quality ratings and upholding Barchester’s stellar reputation.
About You
We are looking for an inspirational, resilient leader with a blend of compassion and business sense. To join us, you will need:
A successful track record of care home management, marketing, and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for person-centred care.
Strong organizational, management, and communication skills across all levels.
A robust understanding of compliance, safeguarding, and regulatory guidelines.
