Salary: £13.10 – £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)

We are partnering with St Mark's (part of Bupa)—a highly rated care home dedicated to person-centred care, independence, and choice—to find a dedicated Care Assistant for a flexible bank role. In this rewarding position, you will be right at the heart of our community, supporting residents with daily companionship, personal care, and activities to help them live their best lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from daily companionship to personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting residents' needs and behaviour changes in line with regulatory requirements.
Supporting residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plans.
Providing essential physical and mental stimulation through social, recreational, and group or individual activities.
What We’re Looking For
A motivated, positive attitude with fantastic communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable, but a caring nature is what matters most!
