Position: Van Driver - Evening Shift
Location: Warrington (Distribution depot operating a fleet of 48 vehicles on 53 routes, serving regional convenience retailers and forecourts)
Pay Rate: £15.10 per hour (Plus an additional £1.15 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00; overtime payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter)
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Friday with a rolling rest day (17:00 start time; mandatory Sundays with no Saturday work; routes run 8 to 12 hours long, averaging 10 to 20 drops per day)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated logistics and delivery talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
Operating out of their Warrington distribution depot, we are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Van Driver for the evening shift to help deliver fresh chilled food daily to convenience stores and forecourts across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Multi-Drop: Complete 10 to 20 multi-drop deliveries per shift in a professional manner along planned 8 to 12-hour routes.
Stock & Loading: Load customer orders safely from the warehouse into your van, ensuring stock accuracy against delivery notes.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle, follow all health, safety, and driving regulations, and wear issued PPE at all times.
What We Are Looking For
Licence Requirements: Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months with a maximum of 6 points. Van driving experience is a plus!
Core Skills: Fantastic people and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and absolute reliability.
