We are currently recruiting an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to play a pivotal role in the mobilisation of a major, high-profile public sector contract.
In this exciting, fast-paced role, you will take ownership of a large-scale recruitment campaign, delivering high-volume hires across a diverse portfolio of contact centre, corporate, and specialist positions. What You’ll Do
End-to-End Recruitment: Take total ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing and candidate attraction to assessment, offer management, contracts, and onboarding.
Volume Mobilisation: Drive high-volume recruitment campaigns for contact centre and corporate roles within strict mobilisation timescales and SLAs.
Specialist Sourcing: Proactively source and map markets for niche and specialist vacancies using innovative techniques.
Assessment Design: Design and facilitate engaging assessment and selection processes that ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Talent Pooling & Branding: Build and nurture robust talent pools and work closely with recruitment marketing to strengthen the employer brand.
Data & Insights: Provide actionable market insights and recruitment intelligence to support data-driven workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
What We Are Looking For
In-House Experience: Proven experience delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition function.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to manage multiple vacancies, juggle competing stakeholders, and advise hiring managers effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Strong sourcing background utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, ATS systems, and modern AI sourcing tools (such as Phenom).
Delivery-Focused: A data-driven, resilient, and adaptable approach with a proven track record of hitting targets, SLAs, and tight mobilisation deadlines.
Candidate Experience: A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for creating a seamless, outstanding journey for every candidate.
