As a Receptionist, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for our home, offering professional, high-quality customer service alongside a range of essential administrative services. Your friendly demeanor and organized approach will ensure residents, visitors, and staff feel supported and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls and greet visitors warmly at reception, redirecting inquiries and recording messages accurately.
Complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide ongoing administrative assistance to the General Manager.
Maintain the general tidiness and presentation of the reception area, collaborating closely with the housekeeping team to uphold high standards.

Skills & Experience: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, confidence in using computers, and previous experience with problem-solving and handling client queries.

Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
