About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dedicated and energetic Shift Manager to support Greggs at their 44 Bondgate Within store in Alnwick.
In this key management position, you will step up to oversee shop operations whenever the Shop Manager is away. You will lead and inspire the team, ensuring a seamless experience for customers across all channels—whether in-shop, Click + Collect, delivery, or drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Inspire and direct colleagues to maintain high operational standards and deliver excellent results.
Customer Service: Lead by example on the shop floor, providing fast, friendly, and efficient service.
Food Preparation & Merchandising: Manage oven operations, prepare fresh food (including sandwich assembly), and ensure product displays are well-stocked and inviting.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
What We Are Looking For
Previous team supervisory or shift management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service setting.
Proven leadership capabilities with a dependable, hands-on approach.
Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and supporting an inclusive work culture.
Flexibility to work shift patterns agreed upon during the interview process.
