ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare’s Cookridge Court Care Home, you will ensure residents receive high-quality care, comfort, and support throughout the night. You will assist with daily living needs, offer reassuring companionship, and help create a safe, peaceful environment.
Core Responsibilities:
Night-Time Resident Care: Assist residents with personal care, overnight support, and individual care plan needs.
Companionship & Comfort: Dedicate meaningful one-to-one time to residents, providing empathetic and reassuring care.
Hospitality & Nutrition: Assist residents with evening and overnight food or beverages as needed.
Varied Support: Undertake dynamic tasks to ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity overnight.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an empathetic, warm-hearted Care Assistant with prior experience in elderly care and a positive, can-do approach.
Requirements & Attributes:
Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care setting.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
