Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time (38.50 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Nights
Pay Rate: £14.65 per hour (Includes a £500 Golden Hello welcome bonus!)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Residential Senior Carer for Woodhorn Park Care Home. In this vital role, you will lead a team of care staff, manage shift duties, administer and order medication, update care plans and risk assessments, and liaise with healthcare professionals and families to ensure our residents feel safe, respected, and well-cared for through the night.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Previous experience in a residential care setting alongside proven team leadership skills and sound decision-making abilities.
Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivational, with a deep commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing.
