Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a caring and dedicated Support Worker to join our outreach services team in Grantham.

What You Will Do
Provide person-centred support and personal care tailored to individual needs
Encourage activities, hobbies, and meaningful experiences in the community
Support communication in ways that work best for each individual
Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
Promote independence, safety, and well-being at all times
What We Are Looking For
A calm, patient, and caring approach with a willingness to learn and build trust
Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred
A team player who values consistency
Full UK driving licence
Minimum 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
