About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Night Care Assistant for Paternoster House Care Centre.
In this vital night-shift role, you will help residents enjoy each day and night by making sure they receive the quality care, support, and reassurance they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living needs, provide companionship, and share meaningful moments through the night. Every shift brings a variety of rewarding tasks—from helping with night-time refreshments and following tailored care plans to providing dedicated one-to-one time—allowing you to put your skills to purposeful use while advancing your career in care.
About You
We are looking for someone with a warm heart and a proactive approach. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Experience: Some previous experience of caring for older people.
Skills: A can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
