About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will take lead responsibility for the clinical care, physical safety, and psychological wellbeing of residents across general care and mental health care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Holistic Care Delivery: Design, evaluate, and review person-centred care plans and comprehensive risk assessments.
Safe Medication Administration: Oversee and administer medicines safely following Royal Pharmaceutical and NMC guidelines.
Clinical Decision-Making: Use your professional clinical judgment to make swift, effective decisions for complex healthcare needs and emergency situations.
Clinical Leadership: Mentor and lead care assistants on duty while maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA).
About You
We are looking for a skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) who takes pride in clinical excellence and resident-focused care.
Requirements:
Professional Registration: Active NMC PIN registration (RGN or RMN qualification).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, DoLS/MCA frameworks, and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Documentation Skills: Proven ability to produce detailed risk assessments and individualised care plans.
Attributes: Compassion, strong communication, clinical decision-making skills, and a dedication to quality healthcare.
