Primary Location: New Victoria Hospital, Surrey (KT2 7EG) with flexible / hybrid working options
Salary: Up to £75,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

As our Technology Delivery Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of technology delivery for mergers and acquisitions within Bupa's Diagnostics and Secondary Care business. You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, change, and business units to successfully integrate newly acquired healthcare organizations into Bupa's ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams supporting mergers and acquisitions across Health Services.
Oversee the integration of technology services, platforms, and capabilities into Bupa following acquisitions.
Create and manage delivery plans, roadmaps, and priorities, ensuring full alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate multiple teams, dependencies, and delivery partners to achieve successful, high-quality outcomes.
Lead and coach cross-functional teams through Agile ways of working (Scrum, SAFe), fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage commercial aspects including budgets, forecasting, third-party supplier relationships, risks, and transparent progress reporting.
Significant experience delivering complex IT projects and programmes using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
Proven experience leading multi-stream technology initiatives, transformations, or mergers and acquisitions programmes.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Strong commercial awareness, risk management capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications: PRINCE2, PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or AgilePM.
