ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual, flexible position designed to cover planned and unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sickness cover). As a Bank Admin Assistant, you will serve as the heart of the care home’s reception and office operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and vibrant environment for residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact—greeting visitors, answering calls, and providing a warm, professional welcome.
Conduct tours for prospective residents and their families to showcase the care home.
Provide administrative support to management, including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Engage warmly with residents and support daily social interactions within the home.
Multi-task efficiently across office duties to keep care home operations running smoothly.
ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a confident, organised "people person" with excellent communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach.
Requirements & Experience:
Solid IT and computer skills with administrative capability.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail.
