About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Avery Healthcare to recruit a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Senior Care Assistant - Nights for Miramar Care Home in Herne Bay.
In this important night role, you will lead and support the care team to deliver exceptional personal care standards, fostering a safe, caring, innovative, and inclusive environment for residents during the night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor resident wellbeing, tracking any changes in health and updating care records and plans accordingly.
Drive the person-centred care planning process by implementing, monitoring, and completing monthly evaluations.
Support residents with their medication requirements safely and professionally.
Undertake staff supervisions and guide team members in their professional development.
Act as a primary contact for residents, relatives, visitors, and healthcare professionals, handling inquiries and escalating concerns promptly.
About You

Requirements:
Hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a similar care environment.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exhibit a positive attitude toward nurturing and supporting both residents and staff.
Be responsive, flexible, and capable of managing a range of responsibilities effectively.
