In this casual, flexible role, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), assisting residents with daily living, sharing wonderful companionship, following personalized care plans, and helping create memorable moments every day.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, a positive "can-do" approach, and excellent communication skills.
