Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and companionship while supporting residents with their daily living needs.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, record any changes, and communicate updates with the wider care team.

• Encourage residents to participate in social activities while supporting their nutrition and hydration requirements.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
