Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is pleased to recruit on behalf of Care UK, an award-winning care provider seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their night shift team in Edinburgh, UK. Working 3 night shifts per week, this role offers excellent opportunities for development, structured training, and career progression within a supportive environment.
In this clinical role, you will provide nursing leadership during night shifts and deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents with complex needs. You will manage clinical procedures, maintain infection control protocols, administer medication, and continuously review comprehensive care plans to ensure clinical excellence across the home.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical nursing care, including medication administration, catheter management, and wound care.
Lead and support care staff during night shifts, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety.
Formulate and update tailored care plans while utilizing clinical assessment tools.
Requirements
Active NMC Registered Nurse qualification with hands-on clinical nursing experience.
Proficient in care planning and clinical assessment tools such as Waterlow and MUST.
Strong leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a compassionate, resident-centered approach.
