Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be the comforting, reassuring presence our residents rely on during the night hours, ensuring their dignity, safety, and comfort.

• Support with personal care: Assist residents with bedtime prep, waking during the night, personal hygiene, and morning routines with kindness and respect.

• Build trusting relationships: Provide warm companionship and a listening ear when residents need reassurance.

• Ensure peace of mind: Monitor the home overnight to maintain a secure, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Deliver personalized care: Help follow and maintain care plans that respect each resident's unique wishes and history.
