Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist (West Sussex) – Kirsop-Taylor Healthcare Ltd
Rate of Pay: £300 per day plus mileage paid at 55p per mile
Location: West Sussex (based from Chichester, PO19 8FY, with travel required across the region)
Contract Type: Bank / Part-Time (2 to 2.5 days per week, term-time academic year contract)

We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join the growing Therapeutic Services team at Kirsop-Taylor Healthcare, a family-owned private healthcare company specialising in Neurodevelopmental, Brain Injury, and Therapeutic Services. In this term-time role, you will support children and young people aged 8 to 16 years who receive Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) provision as part of their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
Undertake comprehensive speech and language assessments and deliver tailored therapeutic interventions.
Contribute directly to the creation and delivery of EHCP provisions for children and young people.
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary professionals to improve outcomes for children.
Complete fully-funded Children and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) training as part of your role development.
Qualifications: Must be HCPC registered with current UK professional registration.
Experience: Previous experience working with children and young people presenting with autism, social communication difficulties, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge.
Attributes: Confident in undertaking assessments and interventions, with the flexibility and willingness to travel throughout West Sussex.
