Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted healthcare partners for a Registered Nurse (Days) to join a well-established care home in Southampton, UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting residents' physical, emotional, and clinical wellbeing while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a professional and supportive care environment.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing residents, creating and reviewing personalised care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring the highest standards of nursing care are maintained. You will also provide leadership and clinical guidance to care staff, helping to promote best practices and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records.
Develop, implement, and review personalised care plans.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to care assistants and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Valid NMC Registered Nurse Pin.
Previous nursing experience within a care home, hospital, or healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Passion for delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
