About the Role
As a Day Hospitality Assistant, you will report directly to the Care Manager and play a key role in creating a professional yet relaxed, home-from-home dining atmosphere. You will ensure that residents and visitors receive an efficient, warm, and friendly food service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serve meals to residents in a pleasant and friendly manner.
Set up tables, tidy work areas, and prepare food areas for the next service to maintain high hygiene standards.
Ensure refreshments are readily available to residents throughout the day.
Bring your customer service skills and warmth to make dining a joyful experience for elderly residents and their visitors.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a caring individual with a passion for people. While experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or catering environment is desirable, it is not essential as full support and training are provided.

Customer-Focused: Strong communication skills and excellent customer service delivery.

Requirements: Must have the legal right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the care home.
