Role Overview

Position: Support Worker (Bank Contract)
Location: Hayward Care Centre, Corn Croft Lane, Devizes, SN10 2FR
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Higher weekend pay rates available)
Contract Type: Bank (Flexible hours and shifts to suit your lifestyle)
Closing Date: Wednesday, 30th September 2026

What You Will Be Doing

Supporting residents with daily routines, personal care, and companionship to ensure they lead happy and fulfilled lives.
Joining in with a vast array of fun activities, sharing laughter, and creating lasting memories with residents.
Carrying out light household duties to keep rooms clean and tidy, involving residents wherever appropriate.

What We Are Looking For

Experience & Qualifications: Ideally holding, or willing to work towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with a proven track record or passion for elderly care.
Key Traits: A positive role model with excellent communication skills, a natural ability to connect with others, and a compassionate, can-do approach.
