Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Lidl to recruit a confident and resilient Deputy Store Manager in Plymouth. In this leadership role, you will be cool, calm, and collected, getting stuck in both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

From managing cash processes and monitoring stock integrity to stepping up in the absence of the Store Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver exceptional results and create a thriving work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Leadership: Set a spectacular example for the team and independently manage store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.

• Team Development: Motivate, support, and guide your colleagues while building a collaborative team culture based on core values.

• Operational Excellence: Diligently handle deliveries, manage till areas, monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.

• Customer Service: Act as a friendly face for customers, offering top-tier service and resolving queries efficiently.
