Are you ready to take the lead and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our supported living service in Bromley.
In this role, you will deliver and oversee high-quality care for individuals with learning disabilities and/or difficulties, autism, complex needs, and mental health problems. Dividing your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative responsibilities, you will help coordinate the service, mentor staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care in line with best practices and regulatory standards.
You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible within their own homes, promoting choice, control, and inclusion. Each person has unique preferences, communication styles, and routines—some thrive on active community involvement, while others prefer structured, home-based environments. Your proactive approach, including positive behaviour support where appropriate, will ensure they feel safe, valued, and respected.
Hourly Pay: Up to £13.75 per hour

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK
Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (with a willingness to work towards Level 3)
