• Hours: 14 hours per week (6 Months Fixed Term Contract)

In this role, you will help run a vibrant, customer-focused high street shop that acts as a true window into the community. From working on the shop floor to coordinating behind-the-scenes operations, no two days are the same. You will collaborate closely with the Shop Manager to foster a brilliant shopping environment and oversee a dedicated team of volunteers through their induction, management, and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Customer Experience: Partner with the Shop Manager to maintain a profitable, customer-focused store, delivering an exceptional shopping environment.

• Team Leadership: Oversee, induct, manage, and develop a dedicated team of retail volunteers.

• Commercial & IT Proficiency: Apply commercial awareness regarding financial targets and measures, alongside utilizing proven IT skills for daily operations.

• Flexible Support: Adapt flexibly to the scheduling and operational needs of the store.
