Location: Isis Court Extra Care Housing, Cornwallis Road, Oxford, OX4 3NH (Located in popular Iffley, a short walk from the village and river)
Pay Rate: £13.99 per hour (Monday–Friday) | £14.99 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Bank / Flexible (0 Hours - Various shifts: 7:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–10:00pm, or 4:00pm–8:30pm)
Closing Date: 31st August 2026
About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a flexible and compassionate Bank / Relief Domiciliary Care Assistant for Isis Court in Oxford. Isis Court is an Extra Care Housing scheme located in popular Iffley, featuring self-contained apartments designed to help clients live as independently as possible with round-the-clock support on-site—meaning no travel between different locations!
As a Domiciliary Carer, you will make a real difference by supporting clients with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and light household duties, helping them lead happy, fulfilled lives with maximum independence.
Key Responsibilities
Person-Centred Care: Support clients with daily routines and personal care needs with dignity, respect, and compassion within their own apartments.
Companionship & Wellbeing: Provide emotional support, engage in friendly conversation, and help clients maintain their social independence.
Practical Support: Assist with light household duties and day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the on-site care team to deliver reliable, high-standard support around the clock.

Experience: Both experienced carers and those completely new to care are warmly welcomed! Full induction training and ongoing development are provided.
Personality: A warm, empathetic, patient, and reliable nature with a passion for promoting client independence.
