Bank Radiographer

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to assist a leading healthcare facility in finding a dedicated Bank Radiographer to join their clinical team in Plymouth, UK. In this role, you will deliver exceptional diagnostic imaging services, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment across varied caseloads in a high-standard hospital environment.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will manage your schedule on an ad-hoc basis to support the hospital's operational needs. You will work closely with leading practitioners, maintaining high technical accuracy while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services across general radiology departments, hospital wards, and operating theatres.

• Perform diagnostic imaging tests quickly, accurately, and with meticulous attention to detail and patient safety.

• Assist in supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior staff members while contributing to high clinical standards.

Requirements

• BSc degree in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent) with active registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

• Strong technical expertise in diagnostic radiography within an NHS or private hospital setting.

• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills combined with an empathetic patient care approach.
