As an Administrative Assistant, your focus will be to support the General Manager and Administrator with various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the home while meeting Head Office deadlines regarding financial procedures and information returns.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data submissions to enable accurate invoicing by the Group Support Centre.
Assist in preparing, collating, and dispatching management information to the Central Support Office as requested by the General Manager.
Place purchase orders with approved suppliers in compliance with procedures, maintaining appropriate stock levels and controls while keeping expenditure within agreed budget limits.
Manage residents' personal allowances where requested and assist individual residents with their financial arrangements.

Experience: At least two years of clerical experience.
Skills & Attributes: The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, strong prioritization and workload management skills, effective interpersonal skills, and a professional telephone manner.
Requirements: Applicants must have proof of eligibility to work in the UK and undergo a DBS disclosure check (cost met by Avery Healthcare).
