Position: Technology Delivery Business Analyst
Location: New Victoria Hospital, 184 Coombe Lane West, Kingston upon Thames, KT2 7EG (Hybrid: up to 3 days WFH)
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + fantastic benefits

As a Technology Delivery Business Analyst, you will provide vital business analysis and project management support to the Technology Delivery Lead, ensuring the successful integration of Bupa New Victoria Hospital into the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements for systems integration projects.
Map current-state and future-state processes to improve workflows, reduce duplication, enhance data quality, and support efficient service delivery.
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data flows, and interface specifications.
Support the design and delivery of system integrations, data exchanges, workflow automation reporting feeds, and interoperability requirements.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, suppliers, testers, and service teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities.
Carry out gap analysis, impact assessments, options appraisals, and testing activities (including UAT and defect triage) to validate delivered solutions.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within healthcare, private hospital, NHS, or clinical environments.
Strong track record of gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Good understanding of networks, Microsoft applications, and cross-site project management.
Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve business processes, coupled with knowledge of healthcare regulations, information governance, and GDPR.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
