Position Type: Permanent | Full-Time (33.75 Hours/Week)
Shift Pattern: Nights
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour (Includes a £500 Golden Hello welcome bonus!)

Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Night Care Assistant for Lochduhar Care Home. In this rewarding role, you will assist with nightly routines, provide gentle companionship and comfort, follow personalized care plans, and ensure every resident receives the highest standard of care through the night.
What You Will Need
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Personal Qualities: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature, a positive "can-do" approach, and excellent communication skills.
