The Highlands is a spacious, vibrant 14-bed residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), and complex care needs.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

As a Flexibank Support Worker, you will be on the frontline of delivering exceptional, enabling care. Since this is a flexi-role, you'll bring your energy and support whenever the team needs an extra hand.

Support Independence: Implement person-centered support plans that encourage daily independence, manage risks safely, and foster great relationships.
Activity & Fun: Help plan and run engaging activities—from crafts and gardening to karaoke sessions and community outings.
Health & Wellbeing: Assist residents in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their individual medical and physical needs.
Medication & Safety: Assist with medication management and self-administration protocols while keeping the living environment safe, clean, and warm.
Keep Connected: Maintain detailed, person-centered records and communicate effectively with the wider support team.
