About the Role

Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to recruit a hard-working, focused, and reliable Warehouse Operative (Goods In) in Southampton. In this hands-on twilight shift role, you will play a vital part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly.

From counting and moving stock to processing incoming deliveries accurately, you will be part of a busy team handling everything from fresh produce to frozen goods, ensuring our products successfully reach our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Processing: Carefully count, move, and put away a full range of food and non-food products to the highest standards.

• Compliance & Quality: Follow temperature compliance processes, work comfortably in cold environments when required, and correctly record any incorrect deliveries.

• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with your team, help with group tasks, and maintain high warehouse standards with a "clean as you go" attitude.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Great basic maths skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Confidence working with moving warehouse equipment.

• Self-motivation, a can-do attitude, and a sense of pride in a job well done.
