As the Care Home Deputy Manager at Queens Manor Care Home, you will support the delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with the General Manager and taking on leadership duties in their absence, you will inspire a multidisciplinary team to ensure every resident enjoys the best possible quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example, monitoring care standards through regular audits, and supervising clinical practice

• Managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments

• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and helping drive home strategies and goals

• Motivating and developing the care team to deliver excellence across the board

About You

• Experience in supporting residents with diverse health and personal care needs

• A successful track record in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments

• Some background in HR, budget management, and a strong understanding of commercial and marketing practices
