Salary: Circa £27,851 per annum + Benefits

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our nursing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient-centred care, ensuring patients feel supported, comfortable, and respected throughout every stage of their hospital journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate personal care while safeguarding patient dignity and wellbeing.
Assist patients with mobility, nutrition, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
Support qualified nurses with patient assessments, vital observations, and specimen collection.
Monitor and promptly report any changes in a patient's condition to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ward environment aligned with infection control protocols.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, colleagues, and visitors to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Previous experience working within a healthcare setting is essential.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach and the flexibility to work under pressure.
Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, alongside functional IT and numeracy skills.
